PURPOSE:To increase wear resistance without damaging an acoustic function by forming a spacer member of acrylic resin and forming a super hard film made of the photocuring paint of acrylic resin group on the outer end face of the spacer member that forms a face on which ultrasonic wave passes. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic resonator 1 and a spacer member 2 formed of acrylic resin are housed in a case 3 provided with the connector 4 of the ultrasonic probe 10 of an oblique angle incidence system. The super hard film 5 having the specified thickness made of the photocuring paint is formed on the whole exposed face of lower end side of the spacer member 2 of the probe 10. Acrylic resin group that matches the material quality of the spacer member 2 is used as the photocuring paint. Thus, the hardness and wear resistance of the lower end part of the spacer member 2 is increased, and the durability of the probe 10 is enhanced remarkably.
