PURPOSE:To hasten combustion and effect low fuel consumption and low pollution by injecting an air-fuel gas or an air-fuel which is less than a combustion starting flame in a cylinder or in a combustion chamber, into a combustion starting flame by means of an injection pump, in a compression stroke. CONSTITUTION:In a compression stroke, air and fuel in a cylinder 3 and a combustion chamber 4 are compressed into injection-pump cylinders 7, 8 via pressure-feed/injection double purpose ports 21, a projection 15 having an angle 22 pushes up a projection receiver 19 having an angle 23 when a piston 5 is lifted up, and an injection-pump piston 10 injects an air-fuel in the cylinder 7 into combustion starting flames (in the combustion chamber 4) and in a cylinder 5 through the injection ports 21. When this piston 10 is lifted up, an oil-pump piston 17 feeds under pressure an air-oil mixture in the cylinder 18 of a rod guide 12, to a piston rod 11 and the guide 12. Thereby, combustion efficiency can be increased while effecting low fuel consumption and low pollution.
