PURPOSE:To provide a material having magnetic anisotropy, high permeability, or large magnetic moment, by having at least one kind of corpuscles in ferromagnetic 3d transition metal elements and at least one kind of corpuscles selected from non-magnetic 3d transition metal elements or ferromagnetic compound such as Fe3Al to alternately grow with thier orientation of inter-particle length controlled. CONSTITUTION:Ferromagnetic corpuscles growing on a substrate, when formed at a low speed of film-formation, grow with high density and mean inter-particle length kept and are magnetized in a fixed direction under addition of a weak magnetic field so that their magnetic anisotropy is enhanced. And, when ferromagnetic 3d metal and ferromagnetic compound (Fe3Ga, Fe3Al, Fe3Si) are laminated, a discontinuous film makes the corpuscles grow with priority bearing. Because a corpuscular diameter is small, interatomic length can be effectively controlled without lattice strain of upper and lower atoms in the laminated film being relaxed and a rise in a magenetic moment is available.
