PURPOSE:To make operation of valve easy and improve the operability thereof, by performing the opening operation of an open, close valve by means of an operation member utilizing fluid such as water or gas. CONSTITUTION:When a pilot valve 31 is opened manually, water from a feed water pipe 7 flows into the lower side of a diaphragm 29 of a pressure chamber 28, causing the diaphragm 29 to be moved upward, while a push rod 19 is biased from the initial end position A to the final end position B by the operation force of an axial piece 33. Water fed into the pressure chamber 28 is passed through a discharge port 32 to be discharged gradually from an outlet 10. After the water amounting to predetermined quantity has been discharged, the diaphragm 29 returns to the original position, and the bias operation of said push rod 19 by means of said axial piece 33 is released, causing said push rod 19, and a first and second actuating rods 21 and 23 to be held at an intermediate position C. In such a way, a gas valve 5 and a water valve 8 which are open/ close valves are opened by the displacement of the diaphragm 29 and held at the open position thereof by means of a member for holding opening of valve 17. |
