PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for adjusting the reflection angle of laser light by a screw in the stage of exchanging a reflecting mirror by positioning and fixing the reflecting mirror to the step part of a holder and attaching the holder together with a housing to a bent block. CONSTITUTION:The specular surface side of the reflecting mirror 16 for reflecting the laser light 2 is pressed and fixed to the step part 19 of the holder 21. The holder 21 is fixed together with the housing 20 to the bent block body 7. An operator removes a screw 25, removes a cover 24 and a cooling chamber 10 and takes out the mirror 16 in the stage of exchanging the mirror 16 because of the deteriorated reflectivity, etc. The brand new reflecting mirror 16 is then positioned to the step part 19 and is fixed in reverse order. The angle between the specular surface and the laser light 2 is thus made always constant even if the mirror 16 is exchanged. The need for the operation to adjust with the screw in the stage of exchanging the mirror as in the conventional practice is eliminated.
