CONSTITUTION:The optimum laser output and optimum pulse frequency are automatically set according to the relative moving speed of the work 6 with the laser slight 2 when the material quality and sheet thickness of the work 6 are inputted to the optimum value calculating circuit 13. The control of the laser output value and the selection of output mode such as, for example, continuous output in a high-speed region and pulse output in a low-speed region are executed in the optimum value calculating circuit 13 according to the relative moving speed of the work 6. As a result, the stable laser beam processing is automatically executed with the high accuracy and high quality. |
