The panel incorporates a pipe (2) running in a serpentine pattern and through which a heating medium flows, the heat being transmitted to the radiation plate (1). The pipe is in one piece and bears against the plate, having inlet and outlet unions and fins (5) with portions (7) bearing on one side against the plate and also fitting over the horizontal parts of the pipe. - Clamping bars (9) at right angles to these parts hold the pipe against the plate and the fins against the pipe. Fixing devices (11,12) press them into place.
