PURPOSE:To perform a smooth drive of a capstan motor by providing means for outputting two pieces of rotary information displaced by 90 deg. with respect to FG output of one phase as rotary information detecting means of an operation dial. CONSTITUTION:Rotary information detecting means 10 obtain two rotary information output means outputs S1, S2 displaced by 90 deg. of phase with respect to FG output of one phase from an operation dial 9. Rotating direction detecting means 11 obtain an output of S4 by detecting the rotating direction by the outputs S1, S4d2. A drive pulse generator 12 obtains as an output an output S3 of a monostable multivibrator trigger by a signal produced by dividing any of the outputs S1, S2 by (n). Capstan motor drive means 13 drives a capstan motor 14 according to the output S3 and the output S4 of the rotating direction detecting means. |
