PURPOSE:To obtain the information of an opposite party and to observe the opposite party by connecting the titled set to a remodeled telephone set connection type television set and making a telephone call in a conventional way. CONSTITUTION:The titled equipment is connected to the telephone set connection type television set by using a subscriber telephone set to make a correspondence. The information of the opposite party is observed visually by this set, the opposite party is observed, feeling of intimacy is found and the information of the opposite party is understood. Further, the charge is display automatically and the interruption of a telephone call on the way hardly takes place by displaying the change and present charge. In making a call, it should be done between the sets shown in a figure. Further, a camera (image receiving device) is fitted in a public telephone box and the picture is sent to the opposite party.
