PURPOSE:To simplify a constitution and to improve the positioning accuracy of a spindle motor by installing a lever member on an intermediate member and linking a gear main body to the intermediate member through a spring member. CONSTITUTION:A fan-like gear 21 installed in the vicinity of the 2nd spindle motor 19 is constituted with a gear main body 21a and the intermediate member 21c which is different from the gear main body and rotatably installed with the gear main body and a coaxial spindle 12b as a center. The gear main body 21a and the intermediate member 21c are linked by a coil spring 21d being a spring member. A lever member 22 is rotatably fitted to one end part of the rotating end part of the intermediate member 21c while other end part of the lever member is pivotally fitted to the free end part of the 2nd spindle motor 19 through a pin 22a. Then a gear 23, a worm 24, a worm wheel 25, pulleys 27 and 28, a belt 29 and a motor 230 give rotating force to the fan-like gear 21. Thus a backlash between gears can be absorbed and the positioning accuracy of the 2nd spindle motor can be improved.
