PURPOSE:To use the titled optical material instead of a sunglass by placing it close by a person's side or carrying it, when it has become necessary to observe an object, by placing plural through holes or transparent parts of a specified size in a zigzag position for forming an equilateral triangle whose one side is 3.0-5.5mm in length, and forming other part by an opaque part. CONSTITUTION:One through hoe or transparent part is formed by a circle whose diameter is 0.7-2.0mm or a polygon (a polygon whose each side is curved in a shape of a circular arc is included) which is inscribed or circumscribed to said circle, and plural through holes or transparent parts 2 are placed in a zigzag position for forming an equilateral triangle whose one side is 3.0-5.5mm in length, and other part is formed by an opaque part 3. By specifying a shape, a size (area) and an arranging position to the opaque part 3 of the through hole or the transparent part 2, each transparent part being adjacent to each other is overlapped in the field of view, there is no gap in the field of view, and a continuous field of view is given.
