PURPOSE:To produce the guide of a magnetic core in large quantities at low cost by forming a nonmagnetic body for guiding the magnetic core of a magnetic head main body with a barium titanate ceramic and a plastic molded body. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic core 1 is made of an Mn-Zn ferrite magnetic body. A barium titanate ceramic 2 constitutes the thin plate of a guide plate, and a plastic molded body 4 constitutes an auxiliary guide made of a glass fiber- reinforced phenol resion. the barium titanate ceramic 2 is adhered to the plastic molded body 4 with an epoxy adhesive, and the magnetic core 1 is adhered to the guides with an epoxy adhesive. Consequently, the guide plate of the magnetic core can be formed at low cost by using a plastic molding technique having high mass productivity. |
