<p>PURPOSE:To switch smoothly a cooling water circulating pump by transmitting a signal for inhibiting the abnormality detecting action of a cooling water state monitor means in a load device during the prescribed period when a water cooling device switches said pump. CONSTITUTION:The control part 30 of a cooling water circulating device CDCU3 controls the cooling water circulating pumps A31 and B32. If the currently operating pump, for instance, the pump A31 issues an abnormal signal, the control part 30 stops the pump A31 and operates the pump B32 in recess. Together with the control in such a way, the control part 30 transmits the inhibit signal to a UPCs 40 and 41 in an electronic computer 4. During receiving the inhibit signal and the abnormality of cooling water, the UPCs 40 and 41 ignore an abnormality detecting signal issued from cooling water abnormality detectors 49 and 50, and do not disconnect electric power sources of PWRs 43 and 44 under control. Thus the switching to the other pump can be smoothly done even if the cooling water circulating pump in-operation develops a trouble.</p> |
