TENSION COIL SPRING FITTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To enable automatic fitting of various tension coil springs to hook receiver of a product by mounting a pair of built-in heads of a tension coil spring device on a device hand so as to adjust the distance between heads. CONSTITUTION:Holes 5 of different diameters are provided on respective bushes 4 forming built-in heads 2, and a head slide pin 6 retained not to be slipped out on a head unit 6a is inserted in each hole 5. A compression coil spring 7 adjusts pressing force when the head slide pin 6 is lid vertically along the hole 5 by a spring force adjusting screw 8. And the built-in heads 2 are mounted to a device hand 3 so that both the head slide pins 6 can widen the space between the pins 6 in the horizontal direction while they are kept in parallel in the vertical direction on the position where they are corresponding. A spring supplying unit 11 positions the direction of a hook unit 12 of a tension coil spring 12 to the horizontal direction.
