PURPOSE:To prevent the distortion and the deterioration of an S/N by using each separate converter as right and left signals in order to process an audio signal by a sampling frequency of two times so that the audio signal of a wide band can be processed. CONSTITUTION:A left signal SL of an audio signal is supplied to two A/D converter parts 411, 412 of an A/D converter circuit 41AD, and also a right signal SR is supplied to an A/D converter part 421 and 422 of an A/D converter circuit 42AD. Also, in this case, a square wave signal SP1 from an oscillator 51 is supplied to one A/D converter part 411 and 421, and a switching circuit 413 and 423 of the A/D converter circuits 41AD, 42AD, respectively, and also its inversion signal -SP1 is supplied to the other A/D converter part 412 and 422. Outputs of the A/D converter circuit 41AD and 42AD are supplied to a switching circuit 15L and 15R of a system 100. |
