<p>PURPOSE:To contrive to produce a bag-like laminate kept easily at sterilized state at low cost by laminating skin layers on both surfaces of flat long bag-like blank material, while sealing both opening ends of the tube-like inflation film into which sterilized air has been introduced. CONSTITUTION:One end of the film 8 extruded from an extruded 7 is sealed, and sterilized air is sent thereinto from a feeding port 9, thereby inflating the film 8 and obtaining the specified size of a space, and then simultaneously its inside is sterilization-treated. The film 8 is formed into a flat tube-like infla tion film 12 by guide plates 10 and rollers 11, and a long bag-like blank material 1 is obtained, while sealing other end of the film 12. Next, both the front and rear surfaces of the blank material 1 are laminated with skin layers 2. After the skin layers 2 have been coated with adhesive, they pass through a drying hood 14, whereby adhesive layer 3 is formed. Then the skin layer is laminated on the flank material 1. The laminate 4 laminated with skin layers 2 on both surfaces of the blank material 1 is obtained, while compressing said laminate by rollers 15.</p> |
