The contacter (7), when current is disconnected, produces another contact position in which current is conducted from two of the electric motor (1) phase connections (4,6), via a break contact (8,10) and related diodes (15,16), through the third phase connection (5) and back to the electric motor. The two diodes are located in a connecting lead (14) between the outer break contacts of the contacter (7) which are directed towards one another. The centre most break contact (9) is connectable to the connecting lead between the two diodes. The phase connections of the electric motor are coupled to relevant connections on a coupling box, and the contactor has two break contacts in its connecting lead in which a diode (15) is inserted in the current path from one (4) of the phase connections to of the connecting leads. A second diode (16) is fitted in the current path from another phase connection (6) to a second connecting lead. The two connecting lead and the third phase connection (5) are connected to each other via the coupling box. |
