PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corner clip capable of being easily used by a user and allowing a matter to be clipped to be scarcely released. SOLUTION: A rib having a protruding piece 3a is provided at an edge of one clipping member 2, a rib having a punching hole 4a is provided at an edge of the other clipping member 2, and both the members 2 are openably pivotally secured by a hinge structure 1. Elastic members of two leaf springs integrally formed with the member 2 are provided at the one member 2, and elastic members of two sponges are provided at the other member 2. The ribs have pressing portions 3c, 4c, and the piece 3a and the hole 4a have oblique surfaces and pawls. When the members 2 are pressed to be closed, the piece 3a is inserted into the hole 4a and locked. When the potions 3c, 4c are pressed, the clipping members are relatively rotted in a perpendicular direction of the opening or closing direction, and the piece 3a is removed from the hole 4a.
