PURPOSE:To prevent the shift and disengagement in a knife edge part during driving and to obtain performance without disturbance in displacement up to 10kHz frequency without using a damping material such as rubber by providing leaf springs for holding both ends of the knife edge part. CONSTITUTION:The leaf springs 12a, 12b having the top ends bent to the angle l2 smaller than the angle l1 of triangular supporting plates 3a, 3b support the plates 3a, 3b from both sides and the tail ends thereof are fixed to the projecting parts 13a, 13b provided to a lens holder 13. The angle of the spring 12e is set at the l2 smaller than the angle l1 of the knife edge part and the angle of the spring 12 is adjusted. The disturbance in the displacement existing heretofore at 5kHz or above shifts to 10kHz or above. |
