摘要	<p>The device is intended for protecting a door or boot lid lock of a motor vehicle against freezing up. It comprises a shank which fits in the keyhole and carries a knob (5) at its outer end. The shank or the entire device pref. consists of heat insulating material with some resilience, e.g. plastic such as polyamide six or PVC, and may be an injection-moulding. The knob may have a grooved and/or knurled perimeter, and a flat outer face carrying a logo or the like. The device may be transparent.</p>
