PURPOSE:To obtain a diaphragm for a speaker with excellent humidity and water proof by using a natural pulp and an inorganic substance as raw materials, forming and processing them in the paper-making process and sintering them under vacuum or inactive gas at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION:A voice coil 12 whose middle part is supported by a damper 10 is connected to the center of a diaphragm 9 so as to be fitted correctly to a magnetic gap 11 of a magnetic circuit 5, a duct cap 13 is adhered to the upper face of the center of the diaphragm 9 and a connecting part 9a connecting the coil 12 at the lower part is provided. The diaphragm 9 is formed by combining the natural pulp to inorganic powder such as ceramics in the volume ratio of 5-30% together with water and polyvinyl alcohol, paper-making the mixture through a wire cloth and apply press working with a metallic die of the same shape as the wire cloth. Then the worked paper is sintered at a temperature of 1,200-1,500 deg.C under the presence of an inactive gas so as to obtain the final shape. |
