PURPOSE:A surface treatment agent for fillers that is obtained by reaction between a specific titanate, organic acid and a phosphorus compound, thus allowing fillers to disperse in all kinds of polymeric media without any adverse effect on their physical properties. CONSTITUTION:The objective agent is obtained by reaction between (A) 1mol of a compound of the formula: Ti(OR)4 (R is 1-8C alkyl, alkenyl), (B) 0.5-3.0, preferably 1.0-2.0mol of a compound of the formula: (R''O)2P(O)H (R'' is 3-22C alkyl, alkenyl, aryl or their substituted derivative) R'COOH (R' is 1-22C alkyl, aryl or their derivative) and (C) 0.5-3.0, preferably 1.0-2.0mol of a compound of the formula: (R''O)2P(O)H (R'' is 3-22C alkyl, alkenyl, aryl or their substituted derivative).
