PURPOSE:To enable non-utility generation to be performed, by releasing water, accumulated in an overhead water tank space, to rotate a generator and discharging used water to be accumulated in an underground water tank space and returned to the overhead water tank space by generated power of said generator thus repeating action in the above. CONSTITUTION:Water, accumulated in an overhead water tank space 2 in an overhead water tank bed 1, is allowed to flow into a discharge pipe 3, rotating a generator (water turbine) 5 set in a power generating room 4. And the water, being used for rotating the generator, is discharged to an underground water tank space 7 of an underground water tank 6. Hereupon a point of time the water accumulated in the space 2 becomes a fixed amount, non-utility generation power generated by the generator 5 is used, operating electric power driven pumps 8... and returning water accumulated in the space 7 into the overhead water tank space 2. In this way, the water accumulated in the space 2 is again used as natural resources. Electric power, being always generated as non-utility generation by repeating action in the above, can be used as natural energy. |
