<p>An attachment for converting a moving platen copier into a fixed platen copier, wherein at least part of the moving platen is replaced by a housing (26) having a window scanned by a scanner unit (30) from which strip images, reflected from a document to be copied and which is located against the window, and relayed by reflector means (38, 40), a lens (44) and reflecting device (46) onto the photosensitive surface (22). The scanning unit and reflector means are connected to the drive from the original platen so as to be synchronously driven in a manner which maintains a constant optical path length.</p> |
