摘要 PURPOSE:To take a proper density X-ray photograph without deteriorating density of a photographing film even when the esophagus is photographed as a photographic object by providing an esophagus correction circuit, and employing a correction signal available from said esophagus correction circuit as a control signal for controlling an automatic exposure control system. CONSTITUTION:A video signal from a video signal processor 7 is entered in a correction value evaluating circuit 16 of an esophagus correction circuit 15, in which esophagus correction values corresponding to said video signal are evaluated. An evaluation result is delivered to a switching means 18 as a correction signal. The switching means 18 switches the output from the correction value evaluating circuit 16 to a delivery side based on an esophagus decision signal from an esophagus decision circuit 13, whereby said correction signal is delivered to an automatic exposure control circuit 8. Thus, esophagus photographing of a photographic object is decided for the circuit 8 to be effected during X-ray fluoroscopic diagnosis, the correction signal indicative of said situation is entered in the automatic exposure control circuit, which 8 then provides proper correction to the X-ray generator via the X-ray control device 10 based on said correction signal.
