PURPOSE:To prevent a break, etc. of a training, and to learn exactly a method and an operation of a process by storing in advance simulated operating information of an operation object for the training in a computer, comparing it with an operation of a trainee, and executing the training. CONSTITUTION:A simulation model program 21 is stored in advance in a computer 20. When an operating board 10 is operated by a trainee, a program 21 calculates a process quantity P, and an instructing output signal 13a is outputted from the computer 20 and transmitted to a comparator 30. The comparator 30 compares a process quantity Pi corresponding to a time from a start of an operation, with the process quantity P, and discriminates whether it exceeds an allowable difference or not. In case it exceeds the allowable difference, the comparator 30 outputs a switching signal 30a, a switching device 40 is switched, and an operating signal from a file 42 is led to the program 21. Therefore, when the trainee executes a misoperation exceeding the allowable difference, it is switched to a correct model operation, and even if the process quantity becomes excessive, a method and an operation of a process can be learned exactly without discontinuing a training. |
