PURPOSE:The titled trim part provided with good feeling of urethane, improved oil resistance and wear resistance, comprising a urethane resin film on the skin of external surface, and a thermoplastic resin injection molded inside the film. CONSTITUTION:For example, a mold for preparing internal trim part for car is previously coated with a release agent, the agent is dried, the mold is conditioned at 50-55 deg.C, and the inside of the mold is coated with a urethane resin solution by spray coating. An organic solvent is dried, treated with a primer (to improve adhesiveness) in the case of necessity, a mandrel is then set in the mold, the mold is clamped, and a thermoplastic resin (e.g., mixed resin of polypropylene and ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer) is injection molded. By this process, parts having the film of urethane firmly bonded and good feeling similar to that of leather are obtained, and suitable as internal trim parts for automobiles. |
