PURPOSE:To form a simple system by switching heat pipe mode operation and heat pump mode operation in the same system without employing a solenoid valve or a three-way switching valve. CONSTITUTION:A differential pressure driving non-return valve is arranged in parallel to a compressor arranged between the lower port of an evaporating section and a condensing section. In case the amount of sunshine is sufficient, solar heat is absorbed by heat collecting fins and evaporates refrigerant in the evaporating section 12. The refrigerant gas arrives at the condensing section 14 of a heat exchanging tank 13 through the non-return valve 19 and is liquefied by cooling of a heat medium 28. The refrigerant flows down through the condensing section 14, passes through the differential pressure driving non-return valve 24 and returns to the lower port 20 of the evaporating section 12. In case the amount of sunshine is insufficient, the valve 26 of the differential pressure driving non-return valve 24 is closed by the refrigerant gas pressurized by the compressor 23, the inside of a pipeline to an expanding device 17 is kept in a high pressure by the non-return valve 19 in parallel to the expanding device, the refrigerant gas is liquefied in the condensing section 14, the gas arrives at the evaporating section 12 after the pressure thereof is reduced by the expanding device 17 and returns to the compressor 23 again under being evaporated by depriving solar heat and atmospheric heat. Accordingly, the system without the solenoid valve or the three-way switching valve may be operated by the differential pressure driving non-return valve 24. |
