PURPOSE:To enlarge the frequency band by reduction of the generation of standing waves by a method wherein the characteristic impedance of a transmission line made between the wall of a package by bending a connection pin is made to agree with that of a distributed constant type transmission line. CONSTITUTION:A strip line 8 and the package body 2 are loaded on a chassis 3 of the same level, and the crank-bent connection pin 4 is connected to the stip line. The characteristic impedance of this transmission line is dependent on the length L between the package wall 9 and this pin. The determination of the size of the L in such a manner this characteristic impedance becomes equal to that of the strip line enables electric discontinuity due to connection to be minimized. |
