PURPOSE:To miniaturize a multiple illumination lighting device so as to facilitate the application thereof to a small-sized vehicle manipulated with a steering wheel, by providing separate power transmission systems to each illumination means of the device and controlling them by means of relays so as to reduce the capacity of each contact of the switches. CONSTITUTION:In case of a lighting device for twin-light head lamps, for example, a first low-beam valve 33 and a high-beam valve 34 are connected respectively to the low contact L and the high cantact H of a dimmer relay switch 32 connected to a lighting switch 30. Further, a wiring is provided by shunting from the connection between both switches 30, 32 to be connected to the coil of a lighting relay 35, while the contact H of the dimmer relay switch 32 is connected to the coil of a dimmer relay 36. The contacts of these relays 35 and 36 are connected together in series, and the low contact L and the high contact H of the dimmer relay 36 are respectively connected to a second low-beam valve 38, and to a high-beam valve 39 and a high-beam pilot lamp 40. |
