<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title device capable of inserting items to be processed successively between platens and raising loader shelves by a method wherein a freely reciprocatory loader frame is mounted on the loading side of a horizontal multistage press at equal intervals and the loader shelves are supported on the press so that they can rise and fall freely. CONSTITUTION:A pair of rails 11 are laid on the loading sode of items to be processed on a horizontal multistage press 9 and the loader frame 13 is reciprocated along the rails. The loader shelves 18 having the number of stages and lateral intervals corresponding to the platens 8 that becomes parallel when the press is open are installed on the loaded frame 13. In that case, the loader shelves 18 shift a little phase before the position of center of gravity and the loader shelves 18 are supported by the levers 19 projected from the lower end so that the shelves can rise and fall freely. Moreover, spacers 20 are attached to the loader shelves 18 to keep the interval between the adjacent loader shelves 18 constant. On one hand, the conveyor 26 is arranged between the frames of the loader 13 and moreover, the clicks 27 engaging with the levers 19 are installed and the items to be processed 10 are supported on the conveyod and fed between the platens 8 in parallel.</p> |
