PURPOSE:To switch threshold voltages through simple circuit constitution by adding an MOSFET which uses the same signal as an input as a control input in a connectable and disconnectable state. CONSTITUTION:When a switch circuit 8 is held open, the threshold voltage of this logical circuit is a potential V1 at which the internal resistance of a P channel MOSFET1 is equal to that of an N channel MOSFET2. When the switch circuit 8 is closed, its threshold voltage is an input voltage V2 where the internal resistance of the N channel MOSFET2 and an N channel MOSFET7 which are connected in parallel is equal to that of the P channel MOSFET1. Therefore, the logical circuit switches the two threshold voltages V1 and V2 according to whether the switch circuit 8 is open or not. |
