摘要 PURPOSE:To detect accurately the remaining hot-water quantity, contrive to save the parts such as a thermistor and the like, also save fitting time and cost by a method wherein the remaining hot-water quantity is detected by utilizing the corrosion-proof electrode contacting the water in a drum body. CONSTITUTION:At the turning on of a power source, a corrosion-proof electric current is flowed according to the temperature change of a water in a drum body 1, an inputted electric current signal I' is processed by A/D conversion, then outputted to a CPU 12 in a microcomputer 11 as a corrosion-proof electric current value. The CPU 12 interrogates a memory 13 concerning to the remaining hot-water quantity based on the corrosion-proof electric current value, the memory 13 previously stores the correlation between the remaining hot-water quantity and the corrosion-proof electric current value, the CPU 12 compares with the stored value. By the agreement in the compared contents, the CPU 12 makes two or three luminous diodes ON in order among luminous diodes 15, 16, 17 and 18 which are connected to an output circuit 14 according to the remaining hot-water quantity. By the disagreement in the compared contents, the CPU 12 inversely makes one or two diodes OFF in order according to the remaining hot- water quantity. Thereby, the remaining hot-water quantity can be obtained by the number of ON among the luminous diodes 15, 16, 17 and 18.
