The terminal plate for shell-and-tube heat exchangers is provided for use in air conditioning and climatic engineering, especially in the domain of heat reclamation. The aim of the invention is to save high-alloy steels, to expand the field of use for shell-and-tube heat exchangers in aggressive media, and to shorten assembly and repair times. According to the invention, the object is realised by the use of specially constructed, elastic and corrosion-resistant plate materials.
