PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wedge for preventing the falling off of a frame of a plastic greenhouse by stopping the motion of the wedge in the falling direction even if the wedge is loosened by oscillation and begins the falling motion, thereby preventing the falling off of the wedge from the fixing tool. SOLUTION: A nearly U-shaped fitting having a curved post-holding part 4A at the center has a notch 4B engaging with a beam 6 and extending from the lower part of both side walls to the nearly middle part of the side wall and leg parts 4C are formed at both sides of the notch 4B. The wedge is driven between a beam member 6 and a bending part 4D of a leg part 4C from the front side of a holding part 4 having a bending part 4D directing inward at the lower end of the leg part 4C. Tapered side plates 1A bent downward by 90 deg. are placed at both sides of the wedge body 1. A bent part 1B having tip end inclined upward is placed at the front part of the wedge body 1. A notch 2 is placed on the horizontal part 1E of the lower face of the side plate 1A at the side of the bent part 1B. The notch 2 is engaged with the rear end of the bent part 4D of the front leg part 4C of the holding fitting 4 when the horizontal part 1E is disengaged from the bent part 4D of the rear leg part 4C of the holding fitting 4 and the front side of the horizontal part is inclined downward.
