<p>PURPOSE:To minaturize a recording or reproducing device without sacrificing a tape by deciding freely the shift route of a pinch roller ranging from the inside of a cassette to the place near a capstan. CONSTITUTION:When a turning ring 36 is turned to load a tape, both front and rear bases 13 and 9 move to the positions shown by solid lines from an opening part 2 of a cassette 1. A mobile plate 32 is shifted by the turn of the ring 36 via a drive gear 37 and a rack part. At the same time, a holder plater 24 also moves toward D. A projection part 23b of a pinch roller arm 23 moves while having a contact with a cam member 39, and the relative position between the roller 21 and the plate 24 is controlled. Thus the roller 21 draws a proper locus and is set at a place near a capstan shaft 20. The shift locus of the roller 21 can be freely decided by the form of the member 39.</p> |
