PURPOSE:To complete in a short time a roll replacement and a preparation following a change of a kind of a product by providing a shaft body for driving a roll shaft through a freely attachable and detachable coupling, and a shaft body supporting device, on a roll shaft driving system of a roll stand. CONSTITUTION:Roll stands 3, 4 used for the first product and sub-beds 5, 6 for loading said stands are released by a positioning means, and thereafter, moved in the roll shaft direction on a main shaft 7 so as to exceed a state that a freely attachable and detachable coupling 11 is separated. Subsequently, they are carried and removed by a crane, etc. Next, a height of a shaft body of transfer stands 9, 10 is adjusted for the second product by operating screws 8, 8', a sub- bed prepared rewly is carried in by a crane etc., and loaded temporarily on the bed 7. Subsequently, said sub-bed is positioned in the product path line direction, and thereafter, moved horizontally to a prescribed position in the roll shaft direction, and connected to the coupling 11. In the end, the sub-bed is positioned correctly by a positioning means on the bed 7, and subsequently, its fine adjustment is executed by a test forming. |
