PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure which facilitates the mounting work and can stably hold a power storage device.SOLUTION: A power storage device mounting structure comprises: a plurality of module bases each of which has a U-shaped cross-section structure and is arranged such that a U-shaped opening faces the gravity direction; a power storage device which is placed on the plurality of module bases thus placed, and which has a second recess on its bottom facing the module bases; and a fastener fastening the module bases to the power storage device. Each of the module bases has a first recess on a placing surface on which the power storage device is placed.
