There are disclosed allyl- or vinyl-capped polycaprolactone polyol derivatives produced by the reaction of a polycaprolactone polyol, an allyl or vinyl monomer and a polyisocyanate or a polycaprolactone polyol and at allyl or vinyl isocyanate or thioisocyanate.
There are also disclosed processes for their production. These novel derivatives can be used to produce novel coating compositions that are readily cured to solid protective films.
