Display arrangement with optoelectronic self-maintenance

The proposed display arrangement is a solution, adapted for production, of a read-write memory (photo random access memory: FRAM) which can be accessed at will optically and electrically and has display/recording points that are separated relatively far from one another. The pair consisting of a light-emitting and a light-sensitive semiconductor component (light-emitting diode + phototransistor) is situated on the same plane in a plastic jacket and permits optical feedback to take place with the aim of self-maintenance in the luminous state of the photo/memory cell, as well as simultaneous optical interaction with the environment; in this case, the optoelectronic semiconductors have a common and two separate terminals, three in all, which enable connection to an electrical control circuit. The control circuit contains a two-stage amplifying system for the optical system, an address device and a coupling stage for inputting/outputting the data.
