PURPOSE:To improve a scooping up effect in a roll transfer type adhering device consisting of a main roll and an auxiliary roll by forming a plate for preventing leakage of an adhesive agent in such a way as to have a large scooping up part and a gentle scooping up angle. CONSTITUTION:A plate for preventing leakage of an adhesive agent is divided to a part 21B for holding the adhesive agent and a part 21A for scooping up the adhesive agent so that only the part 21A of said plate can be exchanged when the part 21A is worn by contact with a main roll 2 and an auxiliary roll 3. The scooping up angle theta2 in the part 21A is decreased and the volume in the part 21A is increased in order to prevent leakage on account of insufficient scooping up. As a result, the defect of the work owing to sticking of the adhesive agent is decreased and the economization of the adhesive agent and the simplification in cleaning of the device are made possible.
