PURPOSE:To prevent laded oil from being left unheated, by providing a plurality of heating units of steam pipes or the like on the top of the upper plate of a double bottom for a laded oil tank and providing heating pipes on the bottom of the upper plate to heat all of the laded oil in the tank. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of heating units 1, each of which is made of numerous steam pipes combined together, are provided on the top of the upper plate 12 of a double bottom 11 for a laded oil tank so that the heating units are located in the tank. Heating pipes 2 are provided on the bottom of the upper plate 12 along the entire bottom of the laded oil tank to heat the whole upper plate 12. Laded oil near the bottom of the tank is effectively heated by the units 1. All of the laded oil in the tank is thus heated. Therefore, none of the oil in the tank is left unheated.
