PURPOSE:To count or measure quickly the number of holes perforating a plane plate or the like, the size of holes, and the number of objects having a complicated shape, by supplying outputs of two FFs to a CPU through an NOR gate and processing required data in the CPU. CONSTITUTION:Outputs of FFs FF1 and FF2 output always data of a bit of the same CCD, and the FF FF1 indicates the value of current scanning, and the FF FF4 indicates the value of preceding scanning. When the NOR gate to which outputs Q1 and Q4 of these FFs are inputted is ''1'', it is indicated that the light does come to the CCD; but when the NOR gate is ''0'', it is indicated that the light comes to the CCD. Consequently, the change of the NOR gate from ''0'' to ''1'' indicates that an object is changed from the space, through which the light is transmitted, to the space where the light is intercepted. Required data is processed in the CPU, and data is divided for two groups, a circuit which counts and measures the number of holes and data of holes and memories M1 and M2 connected to the CPU for processings of data. |
