The lipid fractions are solubilised with the aid of a nonpolar or low-polarity solvent, the solution thus obtained is percolated through a resin which preferentially fixes the phosphorus-containing derivatives, constituents other than the phosphatides are removed by elution with the aid of a nonpolar or low-polarity solvent and the phosphatides are eluted with a polar solvent or a mixture of polar solvents.
