PURPOSE:To attain sure fixation and to improve the recording and reproducing characteristic by folding a shield plate into U-shape, providing a cylindrical curved part to the tip of both end pieces and inserting and engaging it to a head pin. CONSTITUTION:The shield plate 20 is formed to U-shape and the cylindrical curved part 22 is formed to the tip of both end pieces 21. The curved part 22 is curved by a curvature of >=180 deg. and constituted to be inserted to each head pin 27. A square hole 23 is provided as a through-hole to both end pieces 21 and a plate spring 24 having a pressure pad 5 is held to the said square hole 23 while being inserted to both ends. The shield plate 20 is positioned easily to a lower half 28 by inserting and fitting the curved part 22 to the head pin 27 and held and fixed surely, then the performance of the cassette assembling is improved very much. Since the curved part 22 is slide contacted with the back side of a magnetic tape, the recording and reproducing characteristic is improved. |
