PURPOSE:To improve the spray performance of fuel by lowering the fuel pressure to be applied onto an injector when cooling an internal-combustion engine having a suction heater than that under high temperature thereby lengthening the injection time during cooling time. CONSTITUTION:The fuel in a fuel tank 1 will flow through a solenoid pump 2, filter 3 and a delivery pipe 4 into a fuel pressure regulator 7 and when the fuel pressure from said pump 2 exceeds over predeterined level, it is bypassed through an outlet pipe 7h to the fuel tank 1. The fuel injected through an injector 5 will contact against a throttle valve 14a to drop onto the riser surface 10a of an electric heater 10 and gasified. During cool time, a computor 11 will lead the suction pipe negative pressure through a three-way valve 12 to the diaphragm chamber 7f of said regulator 7 on the basis of the detected level from a temperature sensor 9 to lower the fuel setting pressure while simultaneously lengthen the open valve time of the injector 5 accordingly. |
