PURPOSE:To reduce the vibration and noise of an electric motor by such an arrangement wherein the shape of an effective conductor which contributes to the generation of torque formed into specified shape and reactive component is eliminated. CONSTITUTION:Plural field magnets 3-1-3-4, each of which is flat and circular ring- like, wherein N and S poles are alternately magnetized in their axial direction at the same opening angle are provided, and under their magnetic field, plural armature coils 4-a-4-c wherein the opening angle of an effective conductor contributing to the generation of gorque substantially coincides with that of the magnetic pole, and the thickness of the effective conductor is gradually reduced at a specified attenuation ratio throughout such a range covering from under the magnetic field in the vicinity of the inner circumference of the circular ring-like field magnet to under the magnetic field near the outer circumference of the magnet are arranged. At this time, the surfaces of the effective conductor portions A-1, A-2 of the armature coil 4-a-4-c are arranged to be parallel with opposing surfaces of the field magnets 3-1-3-4, and by this, reactive component is eliminated. By this arrangement, reactive component can be eliminated by an armature coil of simple construction and the vibration and noise of the electric motor can be reduced. |
