Device enabling heat lost through a wall to be recovered and for it to be brought back into the enclosure from which it left by raising it to a usable temperature. The device is composed of a panel formed from three parallel walls 1, 2 and 3 which are closed by a frame over their entire perimeter, and is fixed hermetically to the wall it is desired to insulate and into which flows the air entering the premises. This air is then heated up to the useful temperature by a convector formed by the condenser of a heat pump which draws its heat from the stagnant hot air of the room, and is cooled before being expelled to the exterior. <IMAGE> |
