BALL-SOCKET JOINTS

摘要

Composite plastics support bearing for the ball of a ball-socket joint comprises interlocking hard plastics bearing(13) and soft plastics cushion(27). The bearing is a collar for the ball and the cushion is a plug with radial arms fitting into notches in the collar. The bearing and cushion are pref. of polyamide resins and polyurethane rubber resp. Joint can be assmbled rapidly and is inexpensive.
