The invention relates to an ethylene polymer plastic composition comprising a narrow molecular weight distribution ethylene polymer, a stearate compound selected from the group consisting of zinc stearate, magnesium stearate and calcium stearate, and dibenzylidene sorbitol. A method is also provided for maintaining the effectiveness of dibenzylidene sorbitol when used to enhance the optical properties of polymer plastic compositions fabricated from resins produced using Ziegler type catalysts. |
